Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping for orders within the continental United States valued over $99. We often used UPS or USPS. However should you return any of the items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
International Shipping
We can ship to most countries in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.For most International orders, if the order value is above $249, we may be able to waive shipping especially for items that are not too bulky (eg. watches, jewelry, wallets, sunglasses etc.). We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping is too expensive relative to the value of the items being ordered. We often use DHL, USPS or even regional/domestic couriers in the destination countries. With free shipping, we reserve the option of determining the specific courier to deliver the goods to the buyer. We do provide basic shipping insurance in every order at no cost. If you want additional insurance coverage, let us know and we will gladly provide one at extra cost. In some cases you maybe required to sign for the package upon delivery.
In addition, some international orders are subject to customs duty and taxes. These are imposed by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee buyer authorizes USbrnds to import the goods on his behalf. The customer/consignee agrees that this task can be delegated by USbrnds to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). Also, there may be some delay in delivery of the package as it goes through customs inspection.
